South Pars Phases 6, 7& 8 Project Offshore Development – Offshore Main Jackets EPCI

Phases 6, 7 and 8 of South Pars Gas Field Development Plan was aim being to extract and transfer 3 billion cubic feet per day of gas out of 30 wells located on 3 wellhead platforms, and subsequent refining of the same gas in the onshore facilities and establishments.

Phases 6, 7 and 8 are included among the Eastern-Central phases of South Pars Gas Field. The wells and offshore platforms of Phases 6, 7 and 8 are located almost 105 km away from the Persian Gulf coast.

Offshore Development, as a part of the main development plan, was assigned to Statoil / Petropars, and Offshore Main jackets (3 sets) were assigned to Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries Complex Co ISOICO (MOBIN SAZEH GOSTAR – MSG) as part of offshore section, the EPCI contract was awarded to ISOICO (MOBIN SAZEH GOSTAR – MSG) for new construction and installation of those three sets Main Jackets. TheSupply of the above project was made successfully completed by Shafagh Hormoz Mehr Gostaresh Industries Procurement and Construction Company GIPC.

 

Phases 6,7 and 8 Projects – Refinery Pipe Racks PC

Among South Pars 6, 7 and 8 Gas Field development Plan, The Onshore establishments and Refinery facilities were constructed in Assaluyeh region in an area measuring about 150 hectares.

Onshore section was awarded to TIJD (TOYO – IDRO – IGC and DAELIM) Consortium Contractor, and the pipe rack fabrication project was assigned to Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries Complex Co ISOICO (MOBIN SAZEH GOSTAR – MSG).

The Supply of the above project was made successfully completed by Shafagh Hormoz Mehr Gostaresh Industries Procurement and Construction Company GIPC.

 

South Pars Phase 12 Offshore Development – Offshore Main Jackets EPCI

Phase 12 of South Pars Gas Field Development Project was assigned on December, 2006 for production of 3 billion cubic feet per day of gas out of 45 wells which are perched on the 4 sets of the wellhead platforms at South Pars Gas Field region. The offshore establishments and facilities of Phase 12 are located approximately 145 kilometers from the coastal line, while the onshore establishments and facilities border the Persian Gulf in Tumbak region and  65 km East of Assaluyeh and 210 km East-South of  Bushehr Port).

Petropars as Client has awarded an EPC Contract to Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries Complex Co (ISOICO (MOBIN SAZEH GOSTAR – MSG) as contractor to execute the project. The Procurement and supply of Materials awarded to Shafagh Hormoz Mehr Gostaresh Industries Procurement and Construction Company (GIPC).

 

Hendijan Offshore Oil Field Development Project, EPCI

The Hendijan oil field is currently producing a daily average of 30 thousand barrels of crude oil, is in production and located in the North-west section of the Persian Gulf. It is about 10km Northeast of Bahregansar, 34km South-west of Tangu and 42 km South-west of Rag-e-Sefid fields. This filed is one of richest oil field which has 9 Wells on subsidiary Platforms.

IOOC has awarded the respective EPC Contract to Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries Complex Co ISOICO for executing the project as main contractor and Jamm Design and Development Company(JDD) a Subcontractor to carry out the Basic &Detailed Design of the project. The Procurement and supply of main parts of Materials provided by Shafagh Hormoz Mehr Gostaresh Industries Procurement and Construction Company (GIPC).

 

South Pars Phases 15 and 16 Offshore Development – Phase 16 Offshore Facilities EPCC

The SOUTH PARS Gas Field is located in the Persian Gulf at 100 km of Iranian southern coast.

National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has developed phases 15-16 of the field development which allow a gas production of 2 billion cubic feet per day. A Contract between NIOC and a consortium consisting of GHORB, IOEC, ISOICO, and SAFF as Contractor was concluded.

POGC has awarded EPCC Contract to the Consortium and Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries ISOICO (MOBIN SAZEH GOSTAR-MSG) was assigned for SP16 Platform and Facilities.

And the Procurement Services and Vendors Support was awarded to Shafagh Hormoz Mehr Gostaresh Industries Procurement and Construction Company (GIPC) and completed successfully.

 

South Pars Phase 14 Offshore Development – Topsides and Offshore Facilities EPCI

The South Pars Facilities is developed to produce gas and condensate from the South Pars Field, located in110 km offshore south west TOMBAK, Persian Gulf, Iran. National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) is developed South Pars Phase 14 of the Field, which will allow a gas production of 2,000 MMSCFD.

This phase has four wellhead platforms equipped with required production facilities. Platform normal production rate is 500MMSCFD.Clients of this project was Pars Oil & Gas Company (POGC) and a consortium consisting of MAPNA, IDRO, IOEC, PAYANDAN,NIDC, MSA, and IPMI. This phase development plan consists of 4 similar unmanned wellhead platforms. Phase 14Constitutes of SPD14A, SPD14B, SPD14C, and SPD14D.POGC has awarded an EPC Contract to Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries Complex Co. ISOICO (MOBIN SAZEH GOSTAR – MSG) to execute the project as contractor.

The Procurement and Supply of the Equipment and Materials was completed by Shafagh Hormoz Mehr Gostaresh Industries Procurement and Construction Company (GIPC).
